  • EVICTIONS: Governor Ron DeSantis has announced a freeze on evictions and foreclosures in Florida starting on April 2 until the end of July. 

  • UTILITIES: Click here to see which utility companies have suspended disconnects amid COVID-19. Always contact your utility company if you are behind in payments. 

  • HOUSING PAYMENTS:  Homeowners who are facing a temporary hardship due to the coronavirus and heightened safety measures such as businesses shutting down have options to postpone mortgage payments.
